Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key support to agency management and ownership. This role requires advanced computer skills, strong knowledge of home care operations, and the ability to collaborate with a team. The ideal candidate will assist with care plans, client concerns, caregiver coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management and owners with daily administrative support and operational tasks
- Create, update, and maintain client care plans in alignment with agency standards
- Address client and family inquiries or concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with caregivers and field staff to ensure top-quality service delivery
- Utilize advanced computer skills to manage scheduling software, electronic records, reports, and documentation
- Support compliance efforts including documentation accuracy and regulatory procedures
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with caregiver onboarding, training coordination, and internal communication
- Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction and service outcomes
- On Call rotation including weekends
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years experience in home care or caregiving industry required
- Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, data entry, electronic care systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and client-focused approach
- Knowledge of state home care regulations and care documentation procedures
- Experience with care coordination or case management
