Job Overview
BRP is one of the leading re-packagers in the US generic pharmaceutical business. The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and detailed project management team. We are searching for a driven detail orientated and fast learning executive assistant/special project coordinator to help expand our team and keep up with consistent business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Track contract lifecycle from creation to submission.
- Communicate product updates including price changes and product removal to external parties via email and online portals.
- Provide administrative support to CEO, including meeting coordination and follow-ups.
- Data entry of new product details including pricing.
- File organization and updating including SOP creation and maintenance, CRM and more.
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.
- Serve as a company representative at industry events.
- Ad hoc tasks as organizational priorities arise.

Required qualifications:
- One or more years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Medium to high level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field preferred
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
