This is a hybrid role that blends Executive Assistant duties, Brand/Marketing Management, and Social Media oversight. You’ll start with foundational tasks and grow into a key player across the entire ecosystem: Choose Your Attitude®, TheNickStrand.com, and CreateYourLife.Today.

THE ROLE

Part-Time to Start (15–25 hrs/week)

Path to Full-Time as responsibilities grow and speaking events increase.

You will be the right hand to the founder — supporting daily operations, brand consistency, digital growth, and eventually on-site event execution.

What You’ll Start With

• Managing LinkedIn posting and light social content coordination

• Assisting with brand consistency across platforms (visuals + messaging)

• Organizing tasks, schedules, and meeting follow-ups

• Helping maintain marketing calendars and project timelines

• Supporting backend operations (emails, ClickUp tasks, files, scheduling)

How the Role Will Grow

• Traveling to speaking engagements to assist with logistics, setup, filming, and backstage flow

• Helping execute webinars, courses, and digital product launches

• Supporting strategy and implementation of digital marketing plans

• Assisting with in-person events, community building, and partnerships

• Taking ownership of brand assets, brand voice, and audience engagement

• Helping manage the ecosystem across CYA (apparel), coaching, courses, and content

You’ll be part project manager, part creator, part operator, part problem-solver.

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE A PLUS

You don’t need every skill on this list — but familiarity is a big advantage:

• Mental health, mindset, or life coaching brands

• Professional speakers (keynotes, workshops, events)

• Apparel/e-commerce brands

• Course & membership platforms (Kajabi, LearnWorlds, or similar)

• Webinar operations + digital marketing funnels

• Social media branding + content repurposing

• CRM + project management (ClickUp experience is gold)

• Copywriting or brand messaging

• Light design or Canva skills

• Experience in fast-moving or startup-style environments
