Responsibilities
Handle patient insurance documentation and approvals for cashless treatment
Liaise with TPAs/insurance providers for timely authorization and settlement
Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and patient billing
Assist patients and families in understanding insurance coverage and procedures
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines
Qualifications
Knowledge of health insurance and TPA processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Experience in hospital billing/insurance preferred
