Executive Brand Assistant

Job Overview
A fast-growing founder-led company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Brand Assistant to support the CEO across two women-owned companies and multiple ongoing projects.

This is not a traditional assistant role. The ideal candidate understands fast-paced environments, founder-led businesses, personal branding, and the ability to execute quickly with minimal oversight. This role will support executive operations while also assisting with content coordination, social media support, brand organization, podcast support, and day-to-day business flow across multiple ventures.

Local candidates in the Southwest Suburbs are strongly preferred, as the role will involve in-person collaboration, content days, meetings, and occasional travel or events.

• Fast and highly organized
• A sharp communicator
• Comfortable around executives teams
• Able to move quickly without constant direction
• Familiar with founder-led or entrepreneurial environments
• Knowledgeable in luxury and feminine branding aesthetics
• Skilled with short-form video and social media content
• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple moving priorities
• Flexible with scheduling and able to occasionally travel with the CEO

Required Experience

• TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content
• Podcast clipping and turning long-form conversations into short-form social content
• Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Shopify, and/or social scheduling platforms
• Personal brand support
• Content coordination and organization

Responsibilities

• Content capture and coordination
• Social media assistance
• Clipping podcast episodes into short-form content segments
• Supporting brand growth initiatives
• Assisting with projects across multiple businesses
• Occasional travel with the CEO for meetings, events, or content opportunities

Pay: $45,520.80 - $60,842.25 per year
