Job Overview
A fast-growing founder-led company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Brand Assistant to support the CEO across two women-owned companies and multiple ongoing projects.
This is not a traditional assistant role. The ideal candidate understands fast-paced environments, founder-led businesses, personal branding, and the ability to execute quickly with minimal oversight. This role will support executive operations while also assisting with content coordination, social media support, brand organization, podcast support, and day-to-day business flow across multiple ventures.
Local candidates in the Southwest Suburbs are strongly preferred, as the role will involve in-person collaboration, content days, meetings, and occasional travel or events.

Pay: $45,520.80 - $60,842.25 per year
