ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Executive Business Partners (EBPs) are trusted advisors and thought partners to the Executive Leadership Team. They play a key role in amplifying the effectiveness and impact of our leaders, ensuring executives can focus on the highest-value priorities while driving the business forward.
YOUR MISSION
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the fundamentals – complex calendars, travel, logistics, and expenses – while also anticipating needs, solving problems, and improving how executives and their teams operate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage complex executive calendars, travel, expenses, and logistics with precision – prioritizing what matters most and protecting against noise and distractions.
Serve as a synthesizer – absorbing diverse information and perspectives, then framing, prioritizing, and communicating insights in a way that aligns with the executive’s lens on the business.
Anticipate needs and potential risks by staying several steps ahead, always on the lookout for opportunities to proactively enhance the executive’s effectiveness.
Prepare concise, data-informed briefing materials for meetings and events – ensuring the executive receives the right context, synthesized insights, and clarity on expectations.
Act as the executive’s first line of defense, handling external inquiries and responses promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and other EBPs to coordinate priorities across the Executive Leadership Team.
Support leadership forums (e.g. team meetings, offsites, All Hands meetings, company events) to ensure they are well-prepared, outcome-driven, and actionable.
Advance key initiatives on behalf of the executive, operating autonomously and exercising sound judgment amid ambiguity while demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
4+ years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
Highly self-sufficient and proactive – able to take ambiguous or incomplete requests, figure out what’s needed, and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to protect executive focus by distinguishing signal from noise.
Skilled communicator and “translator,” able to synthesize diverse information, distill key insights, and tailor messaging for different audiences.
Adept at anticipating needs, spotting risks, and offering solutions before issues escalate.
Comfortable navigating cross-functional dynamics and building strong, collaborative relationships across teams.
Analytical and resourceful, able to leverage data and tools (including AI) to prepare clear, insight-driven materials and streamline workflows.
Resilient and adaptable, with a strong ownership mindset – thrives amid change and maintains positive momentum even under pressure.
The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
