Our corporate office, Transportation Management Group (TMG), is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and provides the strategic leadership and operational support that powers GMTCare’s growing footprint. As we continue to expand, with plans to open 6 to 10 new bases annually, TMG plays a critical role in scaling our mission and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Role:
The Executive Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the executive office operates seamlessly and efficiently. This is far more than a traditional executive assistant role: in addition to managing calendar, travel, and logistics, the ideal candidate will provide strategic support, delivering data-driven insights, reviewing key documents, and identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
This role is designed for a proactive, high-impact professional who wants to operate as a true partner to the CEO. You will help shape decisions, drive operational efficiency, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and success. Thriving in this role requires anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology effectively, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
