Executive Chef at a Nepali Restaurant in Jeddah

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a Nepali restaurant in Jeddah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that align with Nepali cuisine and customer preferences
- Manage food inventory and ensure high-quality ingredients are used in all dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking and food presentation
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget goals while ensuring top quality dishes are served
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management team to plan events or special menus for customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a Nepali restaurant or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Nepali cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Good understanding of food costs, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Fluent English language skills required; additional languages such as Nepali or Arabic is a plus
