We are a high energy, fast paced kitchen, looking for someone quick on their toes and excited to join a rapidly growing restaurant based in Irvine!! We are looking for a Kitchen Manager with an experience to oversee daily operations, motivate teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and cleaning, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food preparation processes to optimize efficiency using pmix and pars.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Must have strong communication skills and bring a positive attitude to workplace everyday
Qualifications
- Proven kitchen management experience with a strong background in food service management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, including staff training and team management.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead a kitchen team.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
