We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations in our catering company. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary expertise along with solid managerial skills, including the ability to prepare quotations, manage budgets and oversee overall kitchen and catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations for catering services and events
  • Prepare catering quotations and cost estimates for clients
  • Manage food costing, budgeting and profitability
  • Plan and develop menus based on client requirements and company standards
  • Supervise, train and lead kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control
  • Monitor inventory, procurement and minimize wastage
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate with clients and management for smooth event execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a catering company
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Experience in preparing quotations and managing catering budgets
  • Ability to handle high-volume production and multiple events
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
