Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff coordination and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards while maintaining budget constraints.
• Develop new recipes and collaborate with other team members to create innovative dishes that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills and excellent communication capabilities.
• Experience managing kitchen operations and knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Degree in culinary arts or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
