Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of cook and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Oversee food production, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events or catering services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new culinary techniques

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative menu offerings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
