Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of
kitchen operations
in a high-volume fine dining setting

Oversee
food quality, presentation, and consistency
across all services

Contribute to
menu development and seasonal updates

Manage
food cost, labor, and inventory
to meet operational targets

Maintain high standards for

Qualifications

5+ years of experience
as an Executive Chef in a
fine dining restaurant environment

New Restaurant Opening Experience a plus

Proven ability to lead teams in a
high-volume kitchen
while maintaining quality and consistency

culinary creativity and menu development skills
