About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive Chef (Head of Culinary Operations) who will take full ownership of our kitchen and culinary direction. This is not just a cooking role—you will be leading the entire culinary operation, shaping menus, managing production systems, and building a high-performing kitchen team. You will be the driving force behind food quality, consistency, and innovation across all our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership:
Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily production, high-quality output, and consistent food standards across all products.
Menu Development & Innovation:
Design, test, and refine menus for catering, meal prep, and events. Continuously improve offerings based on quality, cost, and customer feedback.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff. Build a disciplined, motivated, and efficient culinary team with clear standards and accountability.
Food Quality & Standards:
Maintain strict quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards across all production processes.
Cost & Inventory Management:
Oversee food costing, supplier coordination, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies.
Production Efficiency:
Ensure smooth kitchen workflows, optimized prep schedules, and scalable production systems for large-volume output.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in catering, banqueting, or high-volume kitchen environments.
Leadership Ability:
Strong experience managing kitchen teams, with the ability to enforce standards while building a positive and productive culture.
Operational Thinking:
You understand kitchens as systems—not just cooking spaces. You can structure workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Culinary Skills:
Strong foundation in diverse cuisines, menu scaling, and production cooking for large volumes.
Mindset:
You are disciplined, structured, and solution-oriented. You balance creativity with cost control and operational reality.
