Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Multan for an Executive Chinese Chef. The Executive Chinese Chef will oversee the preparation of authentic Chinese cuisines, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Responsibilities include menu creation, food inventory management, mentoring kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with industry safety and hygiene standards. The chef will also collaborate with the management team to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Chinese culinary techniques, including proficiency in wok cooking and preparation of regional Chinese cuisines
  • Ability to create innovative Chinese menus and maintain food consistency and quality
  • Leadership and team management skills to coach and lead kitchen staff
  • Understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen best practices
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Culinary certification or equivalent training in professional kitchen operations is preferred
