Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Closer that currently has a book of business clients and the ability to manage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the closing process of real estate transactions, mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, Knowledge of Qualia and Softpro is a plus, but not mandatory. Work from home part time, Great opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the closing process for Real Estate title transactions from initiation to completion.
- Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with lender and realtor.
- Coordinate with various parties including lenders, borrowers, title companies, and escrow agents to ensure a smooth closing experience.
- Prepare closing documents and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and completed.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process promptly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to loan closings.
Skills
- Proficient in title standards and escrow closing procedure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and escrow processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and realtors.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
