3. Key Objectives of the Job
  • To have clarity about organisational goals and participate in ideation and creation of evidence-based content and curriculum on the issue of Child Sexual Abuse, which is relevant, engaging and effective in a constantly changing cultural domain.
  • To follow all processes and systems and ensure the standards of quality are maintained while creating content in a timely systematic manner.

4. Key responsibilities
  • Ideate and create high-quality offline and digital content/resources for children and adults such as modules, manuals, training tools which will be effective for various stakeholders for the prevention and intervention of Child Sexual Abuse.
  • Supporting government-related content work, including drafting, reviewing, and contextualising materials
  • Pilot all the new content created with relevant stakeholders, record and document the learnings from the pilot which will further help to create an effective content.
  • Support and assist in decision-making processes related to knowledge creation, presentation, and dissemination by deriving actionable insights from field realities, data evaluations, and analyses of the external environment.

  • Build a culture of strong processes, discipline including a robust process for vetting and significantly increase the speed of turnaround in content creation.

  • Multi-tasking – working on different projects to ensure that the expected outcomes are met and delivered in given timeline.
  • Be perceptive and can foresee challenges and work towards overcoming them.

7. Educational Qualification
Post Graduate in English literature, Education, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, Social Work and other related fields.

8. Desired Experience
  • Minimum 3 -5 and above years of experience
  • Experience in content development and implementation in the field of education, life skills, child protection/rights
  • Experience in curriculum design
  • Experience in the digital domain, including digital communication and content development.
  • Experience in social sector

9. Other desired attributes
  • Should provide quality output in their work without compromising on any Arpan’s values and standards.
  • Should ensure that systems and processes are followed.
  • Should monitor the quality of programme through consistent processes set for the team.
  • Open to travelling within the city and sometimes outstation as and when required.
  • Should be a team player and willing to work in high pressure situations.

11. Salary range
50000/- to 65000/- per month + 5000/- Travelling allowance + 2000/- Therapeutic allowance + 5000/- Annual training allowance
