The Executive Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact and administrative liaison for the executive leadership team. This role ensures seamless operational flow by coordinating high-level meetings, overseeing special projects, and acting as a bridge between the corporate office and hotel departments.
- Manage and optimize the executive’s complex calendar, including internal meetings, owner briefings, and industry events.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for Executive Committee (EXCOM) meetings and record detailed minutes.
- Handle high-level correspondence with stakeholders, vendors, and corporate partners.
- Maintain digital archives of executive documents, ensuring secure cloud backups and organized directory structures for the leadership team
- Handle sensitive information regarding property acquisitions, financial audits, and organizational restructuring with absolute discretion.
- Confidently navigate the property's management software (PMS) to extract reports, guest data, or financial summaries for executive review.
- Maintain a highly organized, secure cloud-based filing system (Google Drive/OneDrive) to ensure management has instant access to critical documents anywhere.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
