Key Responsibilities
- Manage senior executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies.
- Assist with event planning, client hospitality, and executive-level communications.
- Support ad-hoc projects and business strategy tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Female, Saudi national (required).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — must speak English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in executive support, coordination, or office management; aviation or consulting experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- High professionalism, discretion, and strong customer-service orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office and calendar/communication tools.
- Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
