Position Overview
Digital Artistry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Coordinator, Marketing & Leadership to support both the CEO and SVP of Marketing. This role combines executive operations, chief of staff-style leadership support, and hands-on marketing management coordination.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has the ability to think both strategically and operationally. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across leadership, marketing initiatives, client deliverables, internal operations, and executive communications.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about leadership, branding, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
- Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO and SVP of Marketing
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinate internal leadership initiatives and company-wide projects
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Assist with decision-making workflows and operational organization
- Help manage executive communications and correspondence
- Track key deliverables, deadlines, and accountability across teams
- Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and leadership operations
Marketing Management & Coordination
- Assist in overseeing marketing campaigns and execution timelines
- Coordinate with creative, content, social media, and paid advertising teams
- Help manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and approvals
- Organize production schedules, shoots, and influencer collaborations
- Track campaign performance metrics and reporting
- Ensure marketing projects remain aligned with brand objectives
- Support brainstorming sessions and creative strategy development
- Assist with client communication and project coordination when needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in executive support, operations, marketing coordination, or project management preferred
- Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, and digital campaigns is a plus

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools
