Executive Coordinator, Marketing & Leadership

Position Overview

Digital Artistry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Coordinator, Marketing & Leadership to support both the CEO and SVP of Marketing. This role combines executive operations, chief of staff-style leadership support, and hands-on marketing management coordination.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has the ability to think both strategically and operationally. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across leadership, marketing initiatives, client deliverables, internal operations, and executive communications.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about leadership, branding, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO and SVP of Marketing
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate internal leadership initiatives and company-wide projects
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Assist with decision-making workflows and operational organization
  • Help manage executive communications and correspondence
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and accountability across teams
  • Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and leadership operations

Marketing Management & Coordination

  • Assist in overseeing marketing campaigns and execution timelines
  • Coordinate with creative, content, social media, and paid advertising teams
  • Help manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and approvals
  • Organize production schedules, shoots, and influencer collaborations
  • Track campaign performance metrics and reporting
  • Ensure marketing projects remain aligned with brand objectives
  • Support brainstorming sessions and creative strategy development
  • Assist with client communication and project coordination when needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience in executive support, operations, marketing coordination, or project management preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, and digital campaigns is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
