Job Overview
The Nexus Innovations is seeking a highly competent, professional, and proactive Executive Coordinator to CEO (Female) who can effectively manage executive operations, corporate coordination, and ensure smooth workflow at all levels. This role requires someone who can take ownership and maintain continuity of operations, even in the CEO’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle corporate affairs and official correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations
- Manage emails, calls, and business communication professionally
- Take operational responsibility in CEO’s absence
- Provide decision-support to avoid delays and workflow disruptions
Requirements
- Proven experience as Assistant to CEO or Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator to CEO (Mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional and presentable personality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience)
