Job Summary:
Quinta Parrilla Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and operations-focused Executive Culinary Operations Director to oversee culinary operations and hospitality service initiatives within a growing hospitality organization. What You'll Do:
- Oversee culinary operations and hospitality service activities
- Support kitchen operations, food production planning, and operational coordination initiatives
- Collaborate with culinary teams, restaurant staff, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor operational workflows, food quality standards, and customer service performance
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Assist with reporting, planning, staffing, and hospitality coordination activities

Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
