Designation: Customer Care Executive

Location:- Hidesign corporate office, Pondicherry

Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA / PGDM or any relevant degree

Preferable: Female candidates

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Pondicherry

Package: Up to 20K

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledging and responding to customer queries and complaints.

• Communicating with the customer through various channels such as social media, phone calls and emails.

• Coordinating with the sales teams, logistics/ warehouse teams and the customer to resolve issues.

• Point of contact for internal teams for the Hidesign loyalty programme.

Required:

• Good communication
• Must understand fashion
• Good in writing emails
• Hindi speaking will be an added advantage
