Executive Customer Relationship - Hyderabad Location

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions. The role requires strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Telegu), problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp Resolve complaints related to orders, refunds, returns, exchanges, delivery delays, and product issues.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace teams for order-related concerns.Manage returns & refunds within defined SLAs.Track and update customer tickets in CRM systems or excel sheetMaintain response TAT and quality standards.Collect customer feedback and share insights with marketing/product teams.Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.Maintain customer database and follow-up records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
