As an Executive – Customer Support & Pricing – Air/Sea Freight, you play a key support role in strengthening the commercial and operational effectiveness of the air/sea freight product within your location. Working closely with Pricing, Operations, and Sales teams, you contribute to aligned pricing strategies, smooth operational coordination, and consistent service delivery in line with organizational objectives related to profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You support the dynamic air/sea freight environment by assisting in day-to-day pricing activities, market rate analysis, and coordination of export and import operations. With a strong understanding of carrier networks, handling agents, customs processes, and global partners, you help ensure capacity availability, cost competitiveness, and timely execution of shipments.
A core responsibility of your role is to assist in the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of pricing and operational inputs for your PMC. You work closely with the Operations Manager and Branch Manager to support tenders and sales opportunities by providing accurate pricing data, feasibility checks, operational coordination, and basic risk assessments across the air/sea freight portfolio. Your role helps bridge commercial intent with operational reality, enabling the team to offer solutions that are both competitive and executable.
As an Executive – Customer Support & Pricing, you play a critical role in supporting the commercial success of air/sea freight operations by combining strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of pricing dynamics and operational realities. You are responsible for preparing competitive and accurate air/sea freight quotations, supporting margin optimization, and ensuring pricing aligns with market trends, carrier agreements, and customer requirements.
You work closely with sales, operations, and carrier management teams to ensure timely rate sourcing, smooth coordination, and effective execution. Your understanding of how pricing decisions impact day-to-day operations enables you to contribute meaningfully to service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. In a fast-paced environment, you are detail-oriented, responsive, and solutions-driven, ensuring every quote and pricing decision adds value to both the customer and the organization.
