Executive Data Analyst

Mid-level JOB: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company make informed choices based on data analysis. REPORTING To the Co-Founder & CEO (Chris George), with a dotted line reporting to the VP-Engineering (Abhijeet Sharma).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Colect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
2. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
3. Prepare data visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders.
4. Colaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
5. Generate reports and presentations for management and other departments.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics. EXPECTATIONS
1. The candidate must be a mid-level executive within an NBFC or FinTech company, with a thorough understanding of digital lending.
2. The candidate must have robust accounting knowledge with skills in using accounting software and Google Sheets.
3. Knowledge of any ‘LMS’ tool is a plus
4. The candidate must be currently residing in Mumbai.
5. Note: This is a full-time leadership role with a work-from-office schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
