Executive Demand Planning

JOB SUMMARY:

To be able to analyze MNO B2S & Colo site orders for acceptance as per internal guidelines while keeping abreast of MNO network expansion strategies. The incumbent should be able to perform competition benchmarking analysis as well, while considering the latest TowerCo trends.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Demand analysis of customer orders for acceptance or rejection of orders based on proximity analysis and high tenancy potential.
• Identify MNOs' future requirements for planning of a consolidated RF Grid that meets coverage and capacity needs of multiple MNOs.
• Follow up internally for materialization of overlapping site orders between MNOs.
• IBS design & planning for high rise buildings & etc.
• Evaluate SARs submitted by SPM w.r.t internal guidelines.
• Identify ways for improvement of the existing Tawal sites’ portfolio’s tenancy ratio.
• Responsible for DB management and record keeping of all B2S and Colo orders allocated by the MNO.
• Maintenance of up-to-date GIS Data of all TowerCos & MNOs in the country.
• Prepare & present competition analysis on a need basis.
• Keeps abreast of network planning strategies of MNOs and latest trends within the TowerCo industry.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting to Line Manager w.r.t assigned tasks.
• Takes initiatives for the continuous improvement of processes within the Demand planning domain.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical or Computer Sciences.

B. Minimum Experience:

• 0-2 Year Experience
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

C. Functional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Knowledge of RF planning Tools
• Experience in client-facing role.
