Executive- Digital content

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Content Writer with proven experience in travel, tourism, or related industries. In this role, you’ll craft compelling, informative, and conversion-focused content—optimized for search engines and aligned with our brand voice. You’ll be responsible for developing high-performing content across travel packages, itineraries, destination guides, and related offerings. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be key to ensuring consistent, SEO-driven messaging across all content channels that boosts visibility, engagement, and conversions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and publish original, engaging content across various formats including:o Writing compelling travel package descriptions that inspire curiosity and bookings o Designing detailed and reader-friendly destination itineraries o Creating insightful and entertaining blog posts and travelogues o Researching and weaving in the latest travel trends to keep content fresh and relevant o Describing hotels, stays, and travel experiences with vivid, persuasive storytelling o Crafting impactful copy for social media, email campaigns, proposals, and digital ads o Writing scripts and content for presentations, brochures, videos, and voiceovers

2.Ensure all content reflects TripXL’s brand tone, values, and editorial standards.

3.Perform in-depth research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

4.Collaborate with SEO teams to align content with keyword and optimization strategies.

5. Review, edit, and update existing content based on performance metrics and internal audits.

6. Manage content via CMS platforms, ensuring timely updates and consistency.

7.Organize and archive all content assets systematically on cloud platforms.

8.Ensure compliance with copyright regulations and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional content writing experience, with a strong portfolio of travel-related industries.
• Impeccable verbal and written English.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written English with strong grammar, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Ability to write with clarity and persuasion across different content formats.
• Strong research skills with attention to factual accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of digital content formatting and UX writing.
• Experience using analytics and keyword tools is a plus (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
