MAIN PURPOSE OF THE

To coordinate and execute all marketing-related activities, including

digital presence, marketing communication, exhibitions, collateral

development, and vendor coordination, supporting the brand

visibility and sales enablement goals of the organization.

KEY RESULTS:

1. Updated and consistent digital and physical brand presence

2. Timely execution of campaigns and events

3. Marketing collateral availability as per sales needs

4. Smooth execution of exhibitions and other promotional

activities

5. Timely updates of website and social media handles

KEY ACTIVITIES:

A. Digital Marketing & Website Management

Coordinate with the website developer to keep the company website updated

Ensure social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) is regularly posted in line with brand guidelines Prepare monthly posting calendar in collaboration with the design agency.

Maintain and manage marketing contact lists and databases

Schedule and manage WhatsApp messages, mailers, and newsletters using Mailchimp or similar tools Track engagement metrics and maintain basic analytics

B. Marketing Collaterals & amp; Creative Coordination

Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with external design

agencies for the development of brochures, datasheets, banners, gifts, and promotional videos

Ensure all collaterals are updated, approved, printed, and made available to Sales and other departments

Maintain a structured library of latest marketing materials,

photos, videos, and branding files, Plan and organize periodic photo and video shoots of plant, products, and team in coordination with professional agencies

C. Exhibition & Event Management

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for exhibitions: including space booking, vendor liaison, branding material, and promotional giveaways. Book travel, stay, and local transport for all team members attending exhibitions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products/samples for display are ready and dispatched on time Ensure booth readiness by coordinating with booth fabricators, branding vendors, and event organizers Capture lead data and ensure it is shared with Sales and CRM team for follow-up

D. Internal Sales & Department Support

Work closely with Sales team to prepare project-specific

presentations, project folders, and documentation

Help maintain a standard branding format across internal

documents and communication

Support internal departments in preparing any marketing-

oriented or branding material for internal or external use

E. Branding & Market Monitoring

Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms – digital,

print, exhibition, and internal branding

Monitor competitor branding strategies and share regular

insights with the Marketing Manager

Maintain a calendar of marketing activities, event

participation, content updates, and lead generation

QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent

(Must)

Postgraduate/Diploma in Marketing/Brand Management

(Desirable)

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing coordination or

industrial product marketing

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Familiarity with design and campaign tools (e.g., Canva,

Mailchimp)

Working knowledge of MS Office and basic content

management Vendor management and communication skills Organized and deadline-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
