About TPH Group
TPH is an integrated manpower and services platform with a current workforce of 1000+ employees across multiple service lines, including marketplace-led cleaning services, our own direct-to-consumer cleaning business, and emerging manpower and commercial staffing solutions. We work closely with large industry platforms and enterprise clients, while also building our own proprietary technology, processes, and accommodation infrastructure.
The next phase of TPH’s journey is focused on scale, operational excellence, and long-term institutional capability building, with an explicit goal to double the workforce in 2026 while improving productivity, margins, and partner trust.
