We are seeking an experienced Executive Director / COO to lead operations, systems, and growth strategy for a new hybrid (in-person + online) educational organization. This role requires deep experience in startup operations, business development, financial management, and digital program scaling.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage operational systems, budgets, CRM, and membership funnels
- Oversee program launches (108-series, teacher trainings, membership content)
- Develop long-term financial models and business forecasts
- Hire, supervise, and manage staff and contractors
- Work with video production, branding, and digital teams
- Coordinate with founder, funder, and potential partners
- Ensure compliance, contract review, and policy development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations, executive leadership, or startup management
- Strong financial planning and P&L experience
- Knowledge of CRM, digital operations, automations, and funnel design
- Experience scaling subscription-based, educational, or wellness programs
- Preferred: legal, compliance, or policy experience
- Preferred: experience in yoga, wellness, coaching, or spiritual development

Compensation
$100,000–$250,000 per year Additional incentives or partnership opportunities may be available.
