Job Overview

Aoun-Ye Org is seeking a passionate and strategic Executive Director (NGO) to lead the organization’s mission, programs, and overall operations. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a strong background in nonprofit management, stakeholder engagement, and program development.

The Executive Director will be responsible for driving organizational impact, managing operations, building partnerships, and ensuring sustainable growth aligned with the NGO’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the organization’s mission and goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, programs, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead fundraising efforts, grant management, and resource mobilization.
• Ensure financial sustainability, budgeting, and effective resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance, impact, and reporting.
• Represent the organization in public forums, events, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, or executive roles.
• Strong understanding of NGO operations, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial management and organizational development experience.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and partnership-building abilities.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
