Job Title: Director / Executive Director – Partnerships & Revenue Development


About the Role:

We are seeking a senior leader to drive strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue growth for large-scale projects. You will lead initiatives to build strong partner relationships, maximize ROI, and develop innovative co-branded programs across multiple sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure, negotiate, and manage sponsorships across priority business sectors.
  • Maintain and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Develop licensing and merchandising programs with full brand/IP compliance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure visibility of partnership initiatives.
  • Drive co-branded product and activation innovation with partners.
  • Align commercial terms with Finance for settlements and revenue assurance.


Requirements:

  • 15–20+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial revenue development .
  • Proven track record in large-scale commercial projects, real estate, construction, or events .
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and financial acumen.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing complex partnerships.
