Job Title: - Executive Driver

Duration: 12Months

Location: - Dubai- Techno Park

Essential Responsibilities: -

• 5 Years of experience in Driving, preferably for executives, diplomats, or VIPs

• Must have UAE Driving License.

• Safely drive the executive(s) to and from business meetings, appointments, airports, and personal engagements

• Proactively adjust routes and timing to accommodate last-minute changes, traffic, or unforeseen delays, ensuring punctuality

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition: cleanliness, fueling, servicing, and routine checks

• Manage daily schedules, keeping flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities

• Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters

• Handle document submissions, collections, and other official errands as required

• Provide transportation for corporate and private events, ensuring smooth logistics

• Support with general administrative errands (courier handling, small purchases, etc.)

• Communicate clearly with executive office or assistants to confirm updated schedules and instructions

• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies

• Agility and adaptability: able to adjust instantly to last-minute changes and act appropriately under pressure

• Professionalism: well-groomed, polite, and punctual

• Discretion and integrity: trusted to handle sensitive information and private matters with confidentiality

• Time management: expert in route planning and meeting strict deadlines despite changing conditions

• Multi-tasking: capable of handling errands, documents, and event logistics alongside driving
