About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)

Oversee drop shipping operations and coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment

Maintain accurate product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, and images

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking

Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality visuals

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports

Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute promotions and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales

Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
