Raya Trade; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a E-commerce Executive (Operations).

What will you do?

• Order Fulfillment: Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping schedules, carrier relationships, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• SLA Management: Establish, monitor, and report on SLAs for order processing and delivery, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment, addressing any discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping activities using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

What will you need?

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree

• Experience:

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
