Executive – E-Commerce Operations (FMCG)

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations for FMCG / Food brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online order processing for FMCG products across Amazon, Flipkart and other E-Commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely dispatch and fulfilment of orders, adhering to platform SLA, especially for fast-moving and high-rotation SKUs.
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings as per platform guidelines, including product descriptions, images, nutrition details, and mandatory FMCG compliances.
• Maintain healthy listings by ensuring correct pricing, stock availability, expiry dates, batch details, and MRP compliance.
• Ensure all statutory and platform compliances related to FMCG products such as FSSAI, Legal Metrology, labelling norms, and packaging guidelines.
• Coordinate with digital / ad agencies for listing optimisation, creatives, A+ content, keyword updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and manage inventory of finished goods with focus on FIFO to avoid expiry and stock losses.
• Plan and manage packaging material inventory suitable for FMCG products.
• Handle RTO, returns, and damages by analysing root causes and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for corrective actions.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and reviews related to product quality, packaging, delivery, and expiry to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track platform performance metrics such as fill rate, cancellation rate, RTO %, and customer feedback scores.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience handling FMCG / Food products on E-Commerce platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, expiry tracking, and batch control.
• Basic knowledge of E-Commerce promotions, ads, and deal mechanics.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and agencies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
