Executive Exports - Noida Sector 125

Position: Operations Executive – Exports Business, Farmley

Location: NOIDA

Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing international export logistics (sea & air shipments) and shipment

operations for online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart etc.) as well offline

channels (Modern/ Traditional Trade markets via Distributors). This will primarily

include stock tracking (DRR and DOH mapping), shipment planning, compliance

and trade document checklist maintenance and preparation of shipment's

documentation.

2. Understand all aspects of export logistics, clearances, testing and documentation

costs and drive optimisation on this.

3. Developing a full understanding of the certifications as well documentations

required for international operations across target countries and prepare a ready

reckoner checklist to avoid operational errors and ensure timelines.

4. Maintain end to end execution of all sample and commercial shipments in

coordination with External agents such as Freight forwarders, CHAs,

Documentation consultants, Client POCs, Internal Teams such as Production

team, Supply chain team, Product development team for Lab tests.

5. Establish a network of vendors in this domain within and outside India.

Key Requirements:

1. Preferably having some experience in managing logistics (domestic/international)

- this is not a mandatory requirement. In case of no experience, the candidate

should have basic understanding of Business operations and economics –

preferably B. com. or MBA graduates.

2. Attention to detail should be high.

3. Basic skill of drafting documents without grammatical and spelling errors.

4. Ownership, sincerity, team spirit, willingness to learn, with a yearning of improving

the current system are the key personal traits for this role.

Educational Background

Although not a mandatory requirement; preferred candidates would have an MBA in

Supply Chain.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
