Executive Fleet Operations

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), an integrated energy conglomerate, is a Joint Venture between Government of Pakistan and Emirate of Abu Dhabi. PARCO owns and operates Pakistan’s most modern refinery, over 2,000 kms of pipeline network, strategic storage facilities and marketing operations. PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Fleet Operations Executive for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd . PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma (preferably in Mechanical) / B. Tech, or equivalent, minimum 02 years of experience in managing HTV transport operations, preferably within the logistics or oil & gas sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP or other Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HSE protocols and regulatory requirements, including OGRA, DoE, and NHA.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with supervisors of owned and contractor fleets to ensure timely availability of tankers at designated loading sources.
• Confirm tanker lineups in accordance with the planned dispatch schedule to avoid delays.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily operations of heavy vehicle fleets to ensure timely and efficient transportation of products, cylinders, and associated assets.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and integrity checks to verify mechanical condition, safety equipment, and security prior to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable transport regulations and safety standards, including OGRA, DoE, NHA, Department of Explosives, and local laws.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance team to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Manage driver assignments and enforce strict compliance with PPE, HSE policies, and journey management protocols.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues including vehicle breakdowns, route deviations, accidents, and delays promptly and effectively.
• Submit accurate and complete daily sourcing documentation; manage bowser inductions and renewals per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate, real-time SAP records of product movement, seal issuance, and reconcile uplifted volumes for precise reporting.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating resources for incident management to minimize operational disruptions.
• Promote a safety-first culture by conducting toolbox talks and enforcing adherence to PPGL’s HSE and statutory requirements.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support operational needs.
