EXECUTIVE FOR GeM PORTAL

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced GeM Executive with at least two years of experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-Procurement Portals. The GeM Executive shall be responsible for driving sales and identifying business opportunities through government bids and tenders. The GeM Executive have to updating product/service catalogs, preparing tender documents, submitting them within deadlines, and maintaining communication with government departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· GeM Executive will drive sales through GeM Portal and other e-Procurement platforms and update product/service catalogs, including specifications and prices on GEM portal.

· Prepare tender documents and submit them in specific formats within stipulated time and solve GEM queries from clients.

· Submit proposals professionally and on time. Daily reporting, handle project execution updates and report to your manager.

· Ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain effective communication skill.
