As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Healthcare Executive Recruiter to join our team.

About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a recruiting job.

As a Healthcare Executive Recruiter, you will run a full recruitment desk, managing the entire recruitment process from identifying top healthcare talent to building strong relationships with healthcare organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow their income while helping healthcare organizations hire exceptional talent.

You will play a key role in expanding ImpactKare’s reach while building your own successful recruiting desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage healthcare professionals through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle from first conversation through placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hiring leaders
  • Present qualified candidates to client partners with detailed profiles and recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of healthcare talent for current and future openings
  • Represent ImpactKare with professionalism while delivering a strong candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly valued but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Confidence communicating with both candidates and hiring leaders
