Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards that align with hospitality industry best practices.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and back-of-house spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry or similar environments.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Extensive janitorial experience including commercial cleaning, laundry operations, and custodial tasks.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality standards related to cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
