Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage the housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while effectively managing the housekeeping team and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in line with company policies and industry regulations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service
  • Prepare duty rosters, schedules, and task allocations
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of housekeeping supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, F&B) for smooth operations
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in hotels/restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
