- Recruitment & onboarding (offer letters, joining formalities)
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records & HR MIS
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws)
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
Admin Functions:
- Office administration & vendor coordination
- Maintain office supplies, assets & facilities
- Travel arrangements & accommodation
- Support audits & documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
