HR Functions:

  • Recruitment & onboarding (offer letters, joining formalities)
  • Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
  • Maintain employee records & HR MIS
  • Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws)
  • Employee engagement & grievance handling

Admin Functions:

  • Office administration & vendor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, assets & facilities
  • Travel arrangements & accommodation
  • Support audits & documentation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
