Job Title: Executive

Department: HR & Administration

Job Description:

Will be required to assist HOD HR/Admin and Plant Manager, Lahore for;

· Recruitment, retention and retirement process.

· Payroll preparation.

· Maintaining all temporary and permanent employees’ personnel files.

· Timely handling all matters of EOBI, PESSI etc.

· Timely reporting on all matters of Govt. and Public Relations.

· Employees’ transportation.

· Maintenance and administration of company’s fleet.

· Employees’ medical approvals.

· Canteen operation.

· Manage Security including thumb up activity on hourly security verbal report.

· To fully support 5S & Safety Committee for Housekeeping including daily round of OJ and Adam facilities.

· Any other job assigned by the Management.

Qualification: Bachelors in HR/Administration subjects.

Experience: 7 years out of which two years as Executive.

No. of Vacancies: One

Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: From PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 commensurate with qualification and experience

Benefits:

4. Casual Leave (C/L), Sick Leave (S/L) 18 total, Earned Leaves (E/L) 14 days minimum.
