- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, Bonus Act).
- Coordinate with compliance teams for timely submission of statutory records.
- Maintain site-wise compliance documents as per client audits and SLAs.
- Support internal & external HR audits.
- Support the commercial team with manpower data required for billing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deployment sheets, and client-approved records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports for billing, payroll inputs, and cost sheets.
- Coordinate with client representatives for approval of monthly attendance and invoices.
