  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, Bonus Act).
  • Coordinate with compliance teams for timely submission of statutory records.
  • Maintain site-wise compliance documents as per client audits and SLAs.
  • Support internal & external HR audits.
  • Support the commercial team with manpower data required for billing.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, deployment sheets, and client-approved records.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for billing, payroll inputs, and cost sheets.
  • Coordinate with client representatives for approval of monthly attendance and invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,232.57 - ₹34,184.02 per month

Work Location: In person
