YOUR DAY AS A EXECUTIVEHR COORDINATOR

As the ExecutiveHR Coordinator at Miami Valley Community Action Partnership, your daily responsibilities will include supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office, which may involve scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining records. Expect to communicate regularly with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration and promote a positive workplace culture.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a structured work environment. You will also engage with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and core values. Adaptability and a proactive approach will be key as you assist in project management and contribute to the ongoing success of community initiatives.
