Job Description

Qate Manufacturing LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Male HR cum Admin Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee documentation, and administrative coordination, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The selected candidate will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR filing systems.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Coordinate administrative tasks with internal departments.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, circulars, and reports as required.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Handle general office administration and provide support to management.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR) or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in HR/Admin roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Male candidates preferred
