Job Description
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and maintain hiring documentation.
2. Induction & Onboarding
- Conduct structured onboarding, orientation programs, and role wise briefings.
- Ensure new joiners understand company policies, duties, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain joining kits, documentation, and statutory records (ID proofs, ESI/PF enrollments, etc.)
3. HR Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance across all sites.
- Support audits, licensing requirements, and documentation for PSARA & Facility Management operations.
4. Performance Monitoring & Employee Engagement (Internal Employees)
- Ensure and document KPIs and KRAs for all departments.
- Field Managers/ Internal Employee Tracking
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and support disciplinary actions.
- Organize refresher training, employee retention measures.
5. SLA & SOP Tracking (Internal Team)
- Coordinate with Operations and Client Servicing teams to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Monitor compliance with service-level agreements and manpower deployment norms.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
6. HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update attendance, deployment, salary inputs, and employee lifecycle records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Track attrition, hiring pipelines, and manpower allocation.
7. Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a neutral and supportive HR representative for grievance redressal.
- Maintain professional discipline and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
