Job Title: Executive - HR Generalist (Education Industry)

Location: Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in the Education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Education industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
